Oowwww, Ahhhhhh

Ok, so it finally looks like a house... we still have a long way to go, but it is going really fast! Special thanks to our super-builder Michelle.


This is looking out from the kitchen bay window (before windows)... we love the view of the woods, but it is not so much about what you SEE out the back as what you DON'T SEE.

Our Sad Little Pumpkin

Posts and pics have been slow this week because...

we have had a sad little pumpkin named Drew. She has been hit by a violent stomach bug that has been running amuck through the girls' school.

The Roof!!!

Got a roof and should have shingles finished today! YEAH! Keep your fingers crossed that everything falls into place, we have a tight schedule the next few days and there is rain in the forecast.

Kinda looks tall and ugly from behind... it will look better when deck etc is up. The basement will eventually have a garage openning on the left.

From the back, there is the bay window and fireplace (there are a few things to fix... cut out the side windows on bay... etc, etc...what ev!)

As you can see things are coming right along... first floor flooring is on.
